SHOCK JOCKS! Brand new show ON SALE NOW!

The world debut of our brand new show SHOCKS JOCKS has just been announced for Fringe World 2026 and TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW!

What really happens when Australia’s loudest radio voices go off the air?

Shock Jocks is a biting satire of Australia’s commercial radio industry, a world where toxic personalities are given microphones and audiences, where shock is rewarded with fame, and where accountability is rare.

For over a decade, Marvin Silver and Kelly have ruled the radio airwaves—wildly popular, endlessly controversial, and never afraid to cross the line. But when their on-air antics spark real-world consequences, the cracks in their carefully constructed personas split wide open.

SHOCK JOCKS is a dark comedy that dives into the double lives of commercial radio stars, exposing who they really are when they think no one is listening.

Created by award-winning theatre-makers and actual former radio hosts Shane Adamczak (Base.fm, Vehicle, The Ballad of Frank Allen) and Sarah Reuben (ABC Radio, The Hypotheticals, I’ll Tell You In Person), the show blends lived experience with the twisted humour behind some of Perth’s most acclaimed Fringe hits.

TRAMP-O-VERSARY: HAPPY 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO TRAMPOLINE!

It’s hard to believe that TRAMPOLINE, a show which was our flagship touring production for about four years, is now ten years old!

The show about a dreamer who meets the girl of his dreams, was my attempt at a mainstage  rom-com that began it’s life as an bizarre online blog series back in 2012 for BLOODY UNDERATED under the title “Matt’s Dream Journal”.  The idea was then developed into a play during my time as artist-in-residence at Mainline Theatre in Montreal, with the debut reading in May 2013 featuring myself borrowing the incredible talents of Al Lafrance, Alison Louder, Lea Rondot and my Vicious Circles brother-in-arms Patrick Rogers.

The first full production was staged back in Australia in Oct 2013 at The Blue Room Theatre under the direction of Damon Lockwood and featured myself alongside the painfully talented Amanda Woodhams and Ben Russell with our incredible stage manager Louise Wardle. To this team I will be forever grateful for such an incredible creative process and fun season!

As the show toured Fringe Festivals and stages throughout Australia and Canada over the next few years I will always be in debt to all the other creatives who help bring the show’s various incarnations to life including Ella Heatherington, Brendan Ewing, Patrick Hercamp, Richard Maritzer, Stevie Pemberton (who will always be the Janet Weiss to my Brad Major), Vance Gillis, countless technicians and stage managers, and of course St John Cowcher and Whitney Richards who absolutely made those roles their own in our final seasons. I will gladly jump on a plane with a ridiculous amount of excess baggage (including an actual trampoline) with any of you wonderful people any damn time.

To all these people, and the many more who came to see the show, spread the word, wrote a good review, gave us a stupid award or even asked to perform part of the show for your year 12 drama exam, THANK YOU.

TRAMPOLINE is show I still love very much and I hope it will have a life again the in future. Incidentally, it has been adapted into a fucking KILLER screenplay if anyone has funding and wants to chat…
Until then, Happy Anniversary TRAMPOLINE.

Peace, Love and Kenny G,

Shane.

Fringe World Festival is over for another year , and what an eventful one it was!

Our new fringe show VEHICLE just won two Fringe World awards including WA Winner for best Theatre & Performance and then The Martin Sims Award! This means we will now have some amazing support to take this show (ironically) on the road.

Our brand new fringe-baby VEHICLE made it’s debut during the first week of the Fringe World Festival 2023 and we were honestly overwhelmed with the positive response. #Cancelled

Absolutely gutted to have to cancel yet another fringe festival trip due to Covid. The Ballad Of Frank Allen – DARWIN FRINGE 2021. If you haven’t already heard, WA and the NT are both in lockdown making our upcoming Darwin Fringe Festival shows simply impossible. Hopefully we can make it up there sometime soon and bring you all our weird show about a man who lives in a other man’s beard.

In the meantime, stay safe everybody, look out for each other, don’t Bogart all the TP and we’ll do our best to try keep making art happen again no matter how many times it tries to stop us. (FOUR times just in 2021, for anyone counting)
